its okay as a side hustle, but its very hard to take this job seriously. managment is awful and the customers are horrendous. if you can, book it and run for the hills.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
better backround checks, better training, better beginner level expectations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the only thing positive is the minimum wage paychecks every two weeks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to just do their jobs. not sit in the office on their phone while only two of us are actually making food, answering calls and doing all their workload on top of ours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, scheduling, enforcing rules, getting rid of any and all discussions involving race, religion, sex, gender and politics, getting better at doing their duties and hiring enough people so there isnt a bare minimum skeleton crew.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
corporate involvment in the ground level stores, federal labor laws being abided by, osha being made aware of work hazards, maternity leave, any benefits would be nice, a living wage. they could do a lot more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
upper managment goes on power trips and doesnt care about employees. theyre not flexible with schedules, dont give maternity leave and make you feel like less than dirt. compensation for doing the work of 3 people when i should only being doing the work of ONE would make me feel better about the pay
