They expect one person to run an entire store. Break policy for there own selfish needs but will quote them wheh it benefits them. Management promise you alot then make excuses and get mad when you call them out on there lies.

They continue to do the same stuff promise me the same things and make no changes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store is literally falling apart and might fail fire inspection because they havent had stuff replaced since 2020
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive gotten the highest score in the country on a inspection by myself without help upper management made one pizza literally they watch me struggle promise me help then say im being smart when i ask for what they promise me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do work and stop letting employees who dont wanna work do the bare minimum and not force the employees who do work to work overtime. I was threatened because a girl changed her schedule last minute the gm never informed until a hr before my scheduled time to get off.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was honest with me he was my original gm ever since he left I've been lied to and used ever since he never overworked me took my personal life into consideration and covered me like i covered him and he would work instead of watching his employees struggle
