The drivers make good money. But opening and closing drivers make the same hourly wage as other drivers, but are expected to do inside work at nine dollars an hour and make fewer tips than other drivers. Opening and closing driver should get a stipend per hour is expected to do more than others.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equitable responsibilities shared by staff (ie. cleaning, dishes, etc.). Opening and closing drivers are expected to do work that other drivers don't have to do they make less in tips. If Dominos doesn't start giving a stipend for opening and closing drivers, I fear they won't have any.
