An environment of celebration among a culture of smiles in front of everyone but exhaustion inside.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Seems fair when compared to others; however, the executive to rank-and-file pay is still way out of whack (execs earn in one month what the rest of us earn in a year but they're not 12x smarter or working 12x harder than the rest of us).
