
As stated training and getting rid of management and supervisors who honestly should not be in the positions they are in
For the most part most are okay just lack training. Ones I have hired are pretty well rounded. Others who are hired or brought in by supervisors are druggies 90% of the time or friends of terrible supeevisors
General Managers barely make a living wage. Especially at non-corporate locations. And are asked to work 50-55 hours to fulfill the salary requirements. Which normally the GM ends up working well over and it equals out to them making no more than insiders for running the store.
