What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get plenty of tips, a lot of the time my weekly tips is more than my weekly hourly wages, (which is already a fair wage...)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The owner is ALWAYS in the store working hard beside his employees! The managers are always empathetic towards employees. I love my bosses and wouldn’t give them up for anyone!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to make customers happy. My goal every day is to try to make every customer I interact with smile. Most of the time I succeed. Smiles are contagious! And of coarse, I’m happy at work because I love my job!!
