Coworkers work together just fine, the corporate/the upper management and the workers don't.

Coworkers. Coworkers make it easier. After all, it's not where you work, it's about who you work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After the minimum wage rise, the company schedules lesser people in the now shorter shifts to make up for the money they are giving out. As a result, I am paid the same as before, working much harder.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving credit to people. And practice multiculturalism while hiring. Dominos tend to hire people of a certain sort, who are unaware of their rights and can be sweet talked into doing things like working without being clocked in as favors. Need improvement there.
