I LOVE what I do, love my team. Working here for 10 years. 2 different franchises. Both have the same issues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More employees that want to keep their jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staffing, the quotas that we have to meet are unreachable. I work 50 to 60 hours a week. I'm paid salary. So no over time pay I work half the time for free.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I love my team. They work hard and are all young people. Even though I'm a their boss I know many have respect an will go great lengths to make our store run efficiently to serve our Customer's.
