I feel under compensated for all I put in!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get it done! There’s always room for improvement, some workers not fully trained(phones/cut table)etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That we are always striving to provide a perfect product, with kind friendly service in a fun clean environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I greet a customer I’m familiar with and there dogs happy to see me too! I love my 4 legged customers as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That our owner started from being a driver,a high school drop out, now owns 109(?) stores?! It’s motivating! You can make good money in management, but as a driver it varies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be more incentives for dedicated safe drivers that wear their vehicles out for the company. Oil changes( every couple months)? Tires? Brakes? All these thing add up and seem to hit at the worst time! I think a annual bonus would be greatly appreciated!
