Stop hiring there friends, and treat the employees fairly and decent.

Favoritism, some employees work some don't have to. A lot of bullying going on.

They hire there friends and there is huge favoritism in the store. Lost good employees because of this

I do not get any benefits or stock compensation. It is the worse company I have ever worked for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If they would stop the favoritism and bullying going on in the store. Some of the managers have laughed about it.
