At first I loved it I still do bit it is to unorganized under staffed and under appreciated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of appreciation and communicate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything from A to Z bottom to top in and out EVERYTHING!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone be assigned a different station every week until every staff member can do all stations and their will be less crazy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The head of corporate need to get with employees maybe do their job for a day or two and give them what they are worth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should pay more for what they expect from you "if you really to be a team player"! They work you to exhaustion. They expect you to work over time days off "if true team player". They expect you to clock out at night even if your not done cleaning they can't remember to add your bonus.
