It’s an exhausting job that is employees don’t get paid enough for. We are yelled at constantly and it’s not our fault.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I hated working there. The managers made it unbearable.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is in a good mood and when the customers are good to us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked there for 3 years and was making $0.50 more than the minimum wage....as a MANAGER.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their employees with respect, especially the ones who dedicate their whole life to the job. One bad day should not be cause for termination.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that they aren’t in the stores everyday like us employees are. Don’t question why our service is SO terrible when even our customers complain about our delivery range (worst delivery range I’ve ever seen).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone of us are also friends outside of work, we laugh and sing and have a good time together. Every Friday we take what we call our “Friday Gameday Selfie” And it really gets the team motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m an assistant manager who has been working for Team Prior for almost 3 years. I want to make Dominos my career. My problem is this: I get paid $1 more than my CSR employees. I love this job and I love my crew, but I don’t get paid enough to deal with what I do.
