
Communication. Positivite feedback to hourly employees, not just black shirts.
Training the new hires, attempting to hype them up for dominos.
Put the cellphones away and drop the negative attitudes. Negativity can be contagious, leave it at home.
Hourly wage is decent, but benefits are sorely overpriced and stock options seem non-existent. It may be different for GMs, but hourly employees seem to be overlooked in these regards.
Delegating. The more work I do, the more that is expected of me. Employees walking around on their phone whilst some come to work to actually work. Communication. I’m a CT and the miscommunication is on another level. Having to hunt down my AD for input on classes shouldn’t happen.
