Workers need to work as a team and less of a struggle to stay afloat by dragging others under.

My franchise does not give time based raises. Many people also have wages that do not reflect their work ethic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many coworkers seem to attack each other under a guise of sarcasm. They also do not vocalize issues and instead complain about each other behind their backs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication across the staff. Whether about food order or days off for team memebers. Comunication is often lacking from day to night shift. Even on the same days.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Coworkers that dont oftwn work well with specific people. Customers that are entitled even when they are wrong. Staffing tends to be an issue that cant be solved.
