Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked at store 7673 in Apache Junction for over 10 years. The manager cussed at me in front of all the other employees that night. I put in my 2 weeks notice of resignation and the MCO never said anything to me me about staying nor did he reprimand him for his actions. Unprofessional.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people that I have worked with her minimum wage and they do the minimum work. Usually managers don't micro manage so everyone is pulling their weight. It's only a few great employees who keep the store in good working order. It shouldn 't be that way, but no one checks to see how a store is run
