Communication, and training more leadership team members so there is not so much responsibility resting on just a few people's shoulders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe bigger bonuses or incentives for assistant managers and not just the general managers because the two jobs are very similar
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More employees(drivers) need to be cross trained on making pizzas so it can make the flow of the restaurant go better
