
it has a whiney negative culture, that could improve. Yes i know, i just whined/ oh well
a little forethought and follow through would work wonders. plan for things ahead of time, instead of reacting to what already happened.
trust the workers to get it done. also, workers need to quit feeling like they are going to get yelled at if they do something proactive even if it's wrong.
compensation in stocks would be good, Health care coverage that meets or exceeds expectations would be good. There is absolutely no reason for a person with a company over ten years to still be making minimum wages- either they value the worker, or they dont.
