People don’t get proper breaks for how many hours they work which is really easy to fix via proper scheduling

Bonuses are nice to get but we have to meet very specific criteria to get it in which the criteria changes or is modified frequently

What makes you most happy at work?

Honestly, the opportunities to improve and expedite the processes at work. There are guidelines, but always room for tweaking.
