My team tries. They may mess things up when they are in a hurry but they listen when I correct them and they listen when I make suggestions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked for both companies. I can honestly say I have more “training at Domino’s that I did at Pizza Hut. My manager cares to make me the best manager I can be to properly run the store I didn’t have any of that when I was management at Pizza Hut!
