I am completely undervalued for the amount of work and help I do for this company within my store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Changes in management staff from the top down. Without positive, influential management staff you cant expect a positive crew that works hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the team is amazing and so.e of the team is terrible. Also the way the management staff treats the employees goes hand in hand woth how the employees work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication.....not talk down to the employees like they are trash under their feet. Treat us like human beings. Being polite and positive goes a long way in creating a good place amd culture something domino's seriously lacks.
