Pay the driver's the right amount for mileage driven. We should be getting $.0535 per mile but we are only getting $0.35
What did you like most about the interview process?
Applied online on a Wednesday morning, I had a small interview that night and I was working on Friday night. It was the quickest I have gotten a job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They needs to start scheduling more closing drivers. I have been the only closing driver on Sunday. Last week I got back at 1:15am after a 12:50am delivery. I had another delivery waiting for me and I did not get back until 1:45am from that one. I am getting ready to say up-yours and quit!
