It's a great place to make quick money as a driver for a temporary job but otherwise inside or out it's not a very good career in my opinion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was told that I could start right away if I wanted to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really varies greatly, I struggled answering that last question tbh. It really changes from day to day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Greatly varies but it's usually always a family type of feel when you have a good crew working together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Individual managers of the stores are usually good and do way more then they have to because they care usually.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things are just half the time usually a mess between being understaffed and never really knowing when it is going to be busy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Drivers in the stores typically make a decent living but what they pay inside employees is a joke. That applies to the health insurance as well.
