We were very informal. It made me much less nervous.

We all can either joke around and accomplish, or we can buckle down and accomplish.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are working with all of the "crew" on the front lines during busy times, also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all know each other due to this being a small town. We help each other to the fullest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We make minimum wage, which is 7.50. I know school kids who make more, buy there's a shortage of jobs in our small town.
