They just called me and asked if I could come in and work.

They don't work together; I constantly spend my time having to tell them to get up and work.

Everything! We don't communicate, there's no meetings, there's nothing that would help us understand each other and work better as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The atmosphere, we fill so many orders and earn so much, but only get like 3% of what we made that night.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard, I work 50+ hours a week, and I just feel like people could do better. Having better hours and benefits as a shift runner.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work too hard, I don't have benefits, I go to work sick, I'm around harsh chemicals, I put myself in danger at work, and everyone needs better hours.
