I personally like it. There are issues as with any large corporation, but I think that overall it is run well and pushes to be innovative and to keep up with competition. I think it is more open about communication than past companies I've worked for. It is a good job .

They share the goals and vision of the company and update us on progress. They are open and willing to let you know what the plan is for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Technology department is very different from the rest of the company. The rest is a more traditional corporation with cubicles, a little more tightly wound, higher turnover, and more competitive. The Technology department is almost like a separate company: laid-back, innovative, open, and active
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy seeing how others take a problem and create solutions for it and get things done quickly. Concept to launch feels very quick and mostly efficient. There are issues as with any company, but I like that there is constant drive for growth.
