My experience is that I work for a decent company that cares about its employees as shown by its benefits package. The pay is close to being good for the market (just below). My manager is committed to our safety, a good work/life balance, and making sure we have what we need to be able to succeed.

My direct supervisor has been pretty good about taking care of the team, listening, and making sure we have what we need.

Being appreciated, rewarded bonus money, a good work / life balance and encouragement to that end, a commitment to safety before production
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our small maintenance team has always pulled together to make sure that the team and the department is well taken care of. We have finally attained a competent, mature, dedicated team that supports what matters to us- our families, our well being and safety and our jobs.
