The worst I work at the lincoln store on 48th and the district manager only sees the numbers and our gm sits in the back and watches anime while I'm sweating making the food and putting together orders

We can all get along except when our gm or dm is there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be able to pay my Bill's and be able to come into my job with out getting talked to like I'm 3 years old I'm a grown man
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard workers and always have my back even though our store gets the crap end of the stick we make it work and consistently get the best times at our location
