Annual layoffs occur on schedule. Lots of talented people are let go for financial reasons, despite announcements that the company is financially healthy. Senior IT management is out of touch with the rank and file. Few people get the recognition they deserve.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Everything i can possibly without screaming
