They do recogize culture. Sometimes too much. Depending who you are, you are treated differenty than others.
Lower pay for new hires or better compensation for long term employees. Make it worth while to stay.
I believe the same questions are asked of potential employees wether they have a lot of experience or none. The resumes should be evaluted so the potential employee doesn't feel degraded after leaving the interview.
Compensating long term employees for their dedication & commitment to the company. Too much praise, pay, raises & bonuses are given to new employees making the experienced employees feel unaccomplished & unappreciated. Pay per experience not job!
Working in a specialized position, someone in that field should be hired. There is lack of dedication, knowledge & the desire to learn. Having a desire to learn the job to its full potential would be a great benefit, but there is nothing offered to make it worth learning.
I appreciate the pay I receive. I've been employed over 20 years in a specialized job. Students right out of high school with no experience are being hired with the same pay,raises & bonus I receive. The only benefit I have over someone just starting is vacation. My experience doesnt mean a thing
