What do you like best about your company?

Health insurance is the best

What makes you most happy at work?

Laughter! We have to make the best out of our days.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They do recogize culture. Sometimes too much. Depending who you are, you are treated differenty than others.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Lower pay for new hires or better compensation for long term employees. Make it worth while to stay.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I believe the same questions are asked of potential employees wether they have a lot of experience or none. The resumes should be evaluted so the potential employee doesn't feel degraded after leaving the interview.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compensating long term employees for their dedication & commitment to the company. Too much praise, pay, raises & bonuses are given to new employees making the experienced employees feel unaccomplished & unappreciated. Pay per experience not job!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Working in a specialized position, someone in that field should be hired. There is lack of dedication, knowledge & the desire to learn. Having a desire to learn the job to its full potential would be a great benefit, but there is nothing offered to make it worth learning.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I appreciate the pay I receive. I've been employed over 20 years in a specialized job. Students right out of high school with no experience are being hired with the same pay, raises & bonus I receive. The only benefit I have over someone just starting is vacation. My experience doesnt mean a thing
