Office and field staff are supportive of one another.

The goal/purpose of the organization.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The best part of the interview process was meeting coworkers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to do better at appreciating their dedicated employees!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the level of experience, education and work ethic I should be making more money. Having a leadership team that is encouraging and appreciative would help to balance the pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The peer culture of the office is supportive and encouraging of one another able to jump in to help at any time. Management is missing and upper management gives off a vibe of CYA.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Executive management. The CEO is good and peers are good but the upper management is lacking in how to lead/mentor/encourage and appreciate! They create an environment of micromanagement and where interdepartmentally teamwork is discouraged.
