Nothing!! The salary is horrible! The micromanaging is out of control! The work is never in 1 place but in 3 or 4 different systems! I knew ppl who had 3 extra jobs just to live v

With the level of experience, education and work ethic I should be making more money. Having a leadership team that is encouraging and appreciative would help to balance the pay.

For the workload the pay is not good enough.

I feel that we do the bulk of the work that the company is known for and we make so little comparatively.

They only ‘like’ you if your working but ignore you if you give notice. They run around the office in their socks & no shoes. They curse like sailor

The clients are really cool, but they are treated just like the staff and thats hard to see. I want to help them more cuz thats why im there. We get alot of food catered, thats nice, but honestly id rather just paid more then have saved plate waiting for me

Have great diversity in the different cultures that work at Easter Seals. The enviriment is team orientated.

My co-workers (not management) are helping people

Our work team feels like we're family.

The peer culture of the office is supportive and encouraging of one another able to jump in to help at any time. Management is missing and upper management gives off a vibe of CYA.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Executive management. The CEO is good and peers are good but the upper management is lacking in how to lead/mentor/encourage and appreciate! They create an environment of micromanagement and where interdepartmentally teamwork is discouraged.
