How employees describe working at EasyPost
They genuinely try to include everyone
Terrible. Very political work environment where people are spending time trying to figure out how to get ahead instead of working on their jobs. COO used to be head of sales and was the worst sales leader I've ever seen and ran the sales team into the dirt then ran the entire company into the dirt.

How innovative is EasyPost?
We had one of the best data engineering teams i’ve ever worked with and they have produced many accurate reports on fulfilment outlining all the problems. The exec team ignored these reports and hired in their own “analytics” team who fabricated numbers around fulfillment in an effort to stay in power by tricking the CEO.
CLO often sent the Engineering team on wild goose chases, promising that customers would sign up if we built features, but even if the team met deadlines to build features, The CLO couldn’t sign the customers on. Of course, these failures were never brought up again.
How are layoffs handled in the Engineering department at EasyPost?
Terribly, CLO and COO went on a witch hunt and fired engineers they had personal vendettas against.
Layoffs were handled about as poorly as possible. They promised the automation team that they would keep their jobs in an all hands and then laid them off a few days later. They also randomly laid off people at night and left voicemails to long time Engineers and didn't even have the courtesy to let them know they were being laid off in a meeting. Exec team laid off hundreds of employees since they mismanaged company finances.

They laughed and said it’s “who you know not what you know” after all.
