Us against them. Directors push metrics / numbers and treat employees like children. Talk to your employees. Communicate with us. You are nobetter than us as people. In fact... I have a college degree... A requirement to work here. TWO OF YOU DIRECTORS DO NOT..

students achievement
Students. Helping them change their life and putting them in a college that they could have probably gotten qualitatively yet paid about a fifth of the cost, at a community college or state university. They have on line options too...
