What do you like best about the leadership team?
James Weddle connects with the individuals of the company regardless of his or her duty. He weekly or daily updates the company on what is happening. It address concerns from individual employees through open communication letters..both the good and bad. He wants a culture of transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employee are the priority in the company. We are treated very well, and members of the company go above and beyond to maintain that positivity. When employees are in a positive workplace this makes them more receptive to learning and wanting to exceed expections for our clients.
