eHealth Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

commision was the best, because the starting pay could be more

That the deductible are low and that we are compensated for the internet and phone that we have to use due to working remotely

You get at least a base pay of $20 plus commission on top.

The health benefits are excellent.

no package available for this selection

Acrued time off, full benefits

Every year the top agents make less and less. 6 figures is gone as an agent

The equity when the stock was worth something.

The 401K match and vestment period is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am more qualified than all managers and the sales director that has been obviously protected by the VP of Sales. She failed and gets to keep her job?

Never had a raise. Only raises are via promotion or lateral moves. They DO NOT value long term employees unless above supervisor positions.

They find every reason to keep your commissions check and label it a bonus.

Some stability would go much further.

Options, RSUs. Not paying for stock of a company that is ran this poorly. It should be free.

Because eHealth lies to Medicare beneficiaries, uses deceptive sales tactics, and leaves sales agents to pick up the hassle.

Stock is offered at a 15% discount. but really what it does is bolster the price to keep it from looking lower than what it is. Only way id want to get stock is if options or rsu. No way im buying. Tenure means nothing at ehealth. Don't expect any raise ever.
