What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Communication and relationship with employees

Appreciating the screening team and not just a select several

Communication, training, not changing our schedules around

Having any type of plan beyond next quarter. A little ethics would be nice.

Actually being leaders would be a good start.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Some stability would go much further.

Options, RSUs. Not paying for stock of a company that is ran this poorly. It should be free.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Get rid of the toxicity that is in HR. ERGs are a total joke and simply CV fodder.

The new CEO and Board Members need to remove most of the Senior Leadership Team. They're pretending and not contenders.

Fire most of HR. Hire actual leaders and not more incompetent people.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Entirely too drawn out and stressful

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Supposed top agents are switching seniors out of plans based on small benefits. This is borderline unethical and it’s why the company is getting hammered by complaint

Lack of understanding and communication from senior leadership. Directors are incredibly inexperienced but have superiority complexes. Stop allowing agents and supervisors to manipulate data and see what's really happening.

More focused training, more one-on-one meetings with managers

There is a significant lack of leadership at all levels. The correct answer is recognizing leaders and enabling them to change how eHealth operates. HR's solution is to send all managers through Management Training aka Mgmt 101.

The management only cares for their big earners and no one else
