How employees describe working at Elevate K-12

The kindness and patience I received.

It is a very diverse group.

Math curriculum is not great. Many times classes are not under control.

I have loved working at Elevate. I learn so much from our leaders and my peers, and the environment is always supportive. The people are wonderful. Things move quickly around here which can be a challenge, but the environment is exciting and motivating!

The company is really interested in supporting teachers and students and does a good job adding tools to help people do their jobs better. Things can change frequently so you have to be ready to flex.
