I generally like the work I do. I work from home which is amazing! My only complaint is there are so many levels of management that it does take long for policies/raises/etc. to be completed. Overall a good company with decent benefits. I do not work in sales however so I cannot speak to that part.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement match is actually not that bad. I think the vision insurance is a little lack luster but I have found they really all seem to be that way. The paid time off for me being a stay at home employee could be a few extra days but overall not a bad benefits package.
