If you are willing to put your head down to grind it is an excellent company to build your career quickly. However, the experience varies vastly depending on which branch you are at and who your management is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do appreciate the benefits but they're not anything special. I understand this could change with promotion, but feel there could be more understanding with time off requests for doctors appointments etc. As for the hourly wage, starting a livable minimum: enough to pay bills but not much left over
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the development of their employees to a certain extent. As in most cases if you make the effort to learn and improve they will try to give you the time and effort to help you improve. They keep track of your general mood about once a month to make sure you're okay which is important.
