Some of the people are nice and you meet nice people, but the job itself stinks

The management training program is really just a way to get out of college students to think they have a title while cleaning cars and sealing insurance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They say it is all about climbing the latter and about oppurtunities- but you have to be good at selling car insurances to be able to quailify for anything. Not really about management skills
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel that the company is tricking college students to work for them and once they are there they feel that they will succeed but the job itself is only washing cars and selling insurances while wearing a suit and tie.
