Getting paid and working with the people that I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was full-time I would have benefits and make a higher hourly wage, which would be preferable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together in a fast-paced, yet relaxing environment. We all know what we are supposed to be doing, and effectively get things done on time if not well ahead of schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is just that, they are LEADERS. They help you find your path and work together as a team to keep everyone on the same track.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a process. It was not just put in an application, and then sent in front of a person with simple questions. There was an application, then an email screening, then a phone screening with a member of HR. THEN a face-to-face interview. Challenging yet engaging.
