Overall, I've had a great time at this job. I wish I got paid a little more but the company culture is great and the benefits are very competitive

We have regular conversations and meetings so every one is on the same page

Getting things done off my list makes me happy and makes me feel accomplished

My company tries to due small things for morale like ordering coffee or providing lunch. I appreciate those small things
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly looking for opportunities for me to progress in the company and their door is always open for me
