For me, the interview process was very relaxed and in a comfortable setting. Feedback was very quick.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Because I work part time my benefit package is minimal. However, I am eligible to participate in the 401K plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy my leadership team. They are always very positive and polite. I also find them to be very honest and open. They promote a positive attitude, unity and an open door policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that I work with are very positive and have a good attitude. Everyone treats the other members of the team in a very respectful manner. They help motivate each other and everyone pitches in.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the opportunity to interact with my coworkers and customers. Through my position I have the opportunity to interact with different types of people. When I am able to speak with a customer and put I smile on their face, it makes me feel good.
