Nice co-workers and most customers are kind. Unrealistic working hours during the busy season, promotes burn out culture and management lacks the critical soft skills to lead teams properly. CEO more worried about the next big project but projects are either half completed or don't work out.

Entourage loves to hire recent college graduates as they're eager to find a job and they can usually be underpaid. Employees often wear multiple hats, no matter what department they're in. The idea of being a "team player" is commonly overused by upper management in the company.
