they seem keen on trying to make a usa corporate run more like a startup.

knowledgeable. but we are really in country verticals, not many of us in the west mix with the guys in the east.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you get placed into a client, then the contact stops. everything just seems a slog at the moment, and you can feel ignored. like im hired out, epam still operates like a body shop.
