Annual pay is great. Benefits are good however management pressures you into not taking the leave you have available.

you get placed into a client, then the contact stops. everything just seems a slog at the moment, and you can feel ignored. like im hired out, epam still operates like a body shop.

Less Leaves, Single day of sick leave needs a medical certificate.

No LTI for good managers until very high positions

There are a lot of people who has significantly less responsibility and engineering experience but paid more
