Loyal employees who works more than 5 year is definitely became underpaid here

People is definitely a strong area but unfortunately EPAM can't retain them due to lack of appropriate decisions from executive team

If you talk with an experienced interviewer it is always a pleasure to discuss some complex tasks and solutions and possible decisions you could make
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ineffective managers make life in the company worse in some locations and I could see how talent going away from the company for a last period of time...
