Their communication. Communication in general is so highly encouraged and its celebrated.

How many people I met. I also loved that the people interviewing me, no matter how senior, genuinely wanted to know more about me and made me feel so comfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the leadership. I work with co-workers that care about my wellbeing and that want to see me succeed in every single aspect. As a black woman I feel so celebrated here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I cannot say enough about my team. I didn't think that after covid I would ever want to be in the office again, and now I can't wait for office days so that I can see them.
