The people and the emphasis I believe the company, particularly my team, gives to mental health and prioritizing your own needs before work.

It didn't feel like I was being interrogated, but was much more conversational-- felt like the interviewer really wanted to get to know me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company's leadership is passionate about the business and everything it stands for. No one is only concerned with one area of the business, but rather every aspect, including our philanthropic initiatives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I work extremely hard and provide a great benefit to the business, but my salary is on the lower end of the spectrum. Particularly living in NYC, it is difficult.
