My job itself and the beautiful and amazing people I can work with on a daily business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even if we are mostly women, there are no "cat fights" - so many amazing souls are working at our affiliate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is very low with the education & experience I bring and with the work I deliver. Also promotions are randomly given and hard-working people are often overseen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone in the team is accepted with their strengths & their flaws. It's a real pleasure to work with my team and one of the best parts of the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in the affiliate has good ideas but mostly does not see the work behind their ideas that is on top of the teams of their high, daily workload.
